Pembrokeshire Video Productions was started by myself, Nick Pudsey back in 1986 when recording were  recorded on ‘VIDEO’ .  Since 1986 Pembrokeshire Video Productions has grown and now offers our filming to be delivered on multi-media formats,  for the web and various mobile devices. Today  our latest service offers  both Aerial Photography and videography using a Small Unmanned Surveillance  Aircraft  (SUSA ).

 

We are fully insured and licenced by the Civil Aviation Authority for commercial work.

 

Photography has been in my family for many years. My uncle had a photographic business he ran successfully in London, photographing in the Houses of Parliament. Photographing Government Ministers, Prime Ministers over the years along with Royalty and visiting foreign heads of state until his retirement. My father for a period of time helped him in the business. My Aunt ran a successful studio also, so the natural progression with technological advances was for me to follow their creative path and take up video.

 

From humble beginnings in the mid 80′s with the first camera, I took on my first commission and have not looked back since. As more advanced cameras and editing facilities became available our equipment has been constantly updated and allows us to deliver projects for  our clients, (be it special family celebrations or our corporate work) formally on video, now on DVD, Blu-Ray, encoded for the internet and mobile devices.

 

Productions have ranged from local events to multi camera concert venues in

 

• The Royal Albert Hall

• The 02 London

• NIA & LG Arenas

• Arenas in Sheffield, Manchester, Dublin and Belfast.

 

So whatever type of event we have the experience and facilities to offer live streaming over the internet, satellite broadcasts or live “Big Screens”

 

We film using Panasonic cameras on professional media as used by SKY TV , BBC and ITV. So the difference is clear to see!

 

Aerial  Filming

 

Last year we decided to expand ‘Upwards’  and now  ‘The Sky’s the limit’!    We undertook extensive training to gain ‘Our Wings’ and are able to offer both video filming and photography from the air, giving our filming another dimension.

 

To be able to offer this service we had to comply and be fully licenced by the Civil Aviation Authority.
